Serving On Sundays
You're at Mars Hill on Sundays.
What we'd love to know is: before, during or after Gatherings, how can you help?
Volunteer Oportunities
Emergency Response volunteers respond to medical emergencies, serving monthly. [Should be trained in emergency medicine and be able to perform CPR + first aid.]
Greeters welcome our attending community and visitors at entrances around the building, serving weekly or bi-weekly with handshakes, hospitality and smiles.
Kids Ministry volunteers serve before or during Gatherings in a variety of roles: teachers, small group leaders, worship leaders and welcome team members.
Musicians can audition to be part of leading worship – instruments of all kinds are welcome. Sign up, and you'll be contacted to audition when there are openings.
Parking volunteers direct traffic in the lots and drives around the building and aid in exterior security efforts. Volunteers on this team serve once a month.
Sales Booth volunteers are available before and after Gatherings to sell books, Noomas and music CDs.
Security volunteers are on site during Gatherings, available to respond decisively, calmly and with good judgment in case of security situations or emergencies.
Small Group Leaders serve in Mars Hill Students, co-leading a group of 5th or 6th graders during the school year [Sept-May], meeting during the 9 + 11 Gatherings.
Tech Support volunteers assist the Sound Engineer weekly or bi-weekly, running slides and sound during Gatherings.
Ushers serve in the Shed weeky or bi-weekly, distributing deep sheets and the Weekly as well as passing out and collecting Bibles.
Vocalists can audition to join one of our worship teams when openings are available. Sign up, and you'll be contacted as needed for an audition.
Welcome Center volunteers serve our attending community and visitors by answering questions and providing information after Gatherings.
