[March 29, 2008] Walk for Water
We're joining with Mars Hill Kids and the Mars Hill Mobilization Team on the Walk for Water, raising money and awareness for clean water, sanitation, and hygiene education among the world's poorest. You can help raise money for the walk or you can walk without contributions—come join us!
Meet in the Student Room on March 29 at 10am [we'll return at 1:30pm]. Bring with you:
- Your contribution sheet and donations [cash + checks to WaterAid America]
- Empty containers to carry water on your walk [milk jugs are perfect] and something to carry the containers in [backpack]
- A sack lunch - we'll eat together after the walk at Huizenga Park
- A 2007-2008 LifeGroup Release Form [if you haven't brought one in yet]
